The walk will be completed over nine days. The aim of ‘Step by Step to Feed a Child’ is to raise awareness of Mary’s Meals and to raise some funds. They provide meals in places of education so that the children are attracted to the classroom. Over 730,000 children receive Mary’s Meals every school day in 16 countries – including Malawi, Liberia, Haiti, India and Kenya. The average cost to feed a child for a whole school year is €12.40.
